Ladies and gentlemen, good morning!
It is PPP Center’s pleasure to be part of this collaboration with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines (PCCI), the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP), and various LGU leagues and partners.
This partnership will continue and sustain our efforts in strengthening the capacity of LGUs to implement viable PPP projects which will eventually spur local economic and social development.
Today, we shall enter into an agreement and formalize the provision of support and assistance to LGUs as they venture into PPPs. We are one with you in delivering reforms to streamline the process and foster an enabling environment for implementation of LGU P4.
We believe that this endeavor will not be possible without each party’s support and we appreciate your commitment to this collaboration. We are excited to work in partnership with you and advocate LGU P4 that will benefit the Filipino people.
