Ladies and gentlemen, Good Morning!
First, allow me to thank all of you for coming here today. I am very delighted to finally meet this new panel of consulting firms. Thank you also to the PDMF Service for putting all these together.
Looking back on the past three (3) years, I take great pride in seeing the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program emerge into what it is now. Surely, the road to improvement is endless, but all our hard work is starting to bear fruits now. In all these initial successes—the bankable pipeline that we now have, the citations and recognition we have been receiving, and the projects we have successfully tendered—the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) has played a very important role.
Since it was launched, the PDMF has become a major hallmark of the PPP Program. It has become a trademark of efficiency in making sure that we have the needed quantity and quality of projects in the pipeline.
And today, we reached yet another milestone. As we jumpstart this partnership through this forum, we commit ourselves to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that will benefit the Filipino people. And for taking this big challenge, thank you very much.
As we speak, dozens of PPP projects need your expertise. It is our hope that your interest to participate in the PPP Program continues especially when we start offering projects and requesting for your proposals. I encourage each one of you here to actively engage with us in coming up with bankable PPP projects.
