A Framework for Assessing PPP Code was developed to provide LGUs the key considerations for LGUs in drafting their Local PPP Code. This covers several aspects which should be considered when drafting a PPP code, namely: getting ready to conduct PPPs, preparing the project, avoiding conflict of interest, and public interest concerns under the other stages of the PPP process.
