The University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital is inviting interested parties to qualify and bid to design, construct, equip, and operate selected portions of a 300-bed comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Cancer Center in its Metro Manila campus that will serve both underprivileged and private patients under a 30-year Build-Transfer-Operate Public Private Partnership.
Bidding is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, subject to conditions for qualification under the Bidding Documents, the Constitution, Republic Act No. 6957, as amended by RA 7718 (BOT Law) and its Revised 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable laws and jurisprudence.
Bidding Documents, including the Instructions to Bidders, the Concession Agreement Term Sheet, and the draft Concession Agreement and its Schedules, will be made available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP500,000.00).
