The Bureau of Immigration invites local and international private sector entities to submit comparative proposals for the Civil Aviation and Immigration Security Services Project, following the approval of the unsolicited proposal from Securiport LLC.
CAISS is an end-to-end system of border control solutions designed to enhance the border control and management capabilities of the Bureau. It aims to allow the Bureau to process travelers efficiently while also enhancing its capability to classify those travelers deemed persons of interest.
