The Public-Private Partnership Center conducted an online Training on the Salient Features of the 2013 Revised NEDA Joint Venture Guidelines last September 23, 2020.

Thirty-three (33) participants representing 16 implementing agencies learned about the Salient Features of the 2013 Revised NEDA Joint Venture Guidelines and the PPP Project Cycles (Competitive Selection and Negotiated) under this legal framework.

Participating agencies include the Clark International Airport Corporation; Philippine National Oil Company; Philippine Ports Authority; Department of Finance; Department of Health; Department of Public Works and Highways (Caraga); Department of Trade and Industry (Agusan del Sur); National Economic and Development Authority (Cagayan Valley and Caraga).

Local Governments that attended include Bataan Public-Private Partnership and Investment Center; Provinces of Camarines Norte, Oriental Mindoro, Agusan del Sur, and South Cotabato; and the Cities of Cavite and Cebu.

This online capacity building activity included discussions on Joint Venture as a Form of PPP; Forms of JVs; coverage of the Revised NEDA JV Guidelines; modes of Selecting a JV Partner; and a detailed Process under the Revised NEDA JV Guidelines (Competitive Selection and Negotiated).
