The PPP Center conducted the Local Capacity Building Institution Training of Trainers for West Visayas State University (WVSU) on August 2-4, 2017 at Amigo Terraces Hotel, Iloilo City.
The activity was participated by select school officials and professors of the WVSU that comprise the roster of trainers that will capacitate and provide assistance to local government units (LGUs) in Western Visayas.
Dr. Luis M. Sorolla Jr., WVSU President acknowledged the critical role of WVSU as a Local Capacity Building Institution together with the PPP Center to encourage more Western Visayas LGUs to tap into PPPs as an alternative option for their local infrastructure projects.
The PPP Center team is led by Dir. Feroisa Francisca T. Concordia of the Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service, Dionna Marga M. Larin and Agape Sem B. Comendador of the Capacity Building Division, and John Dominic Z. Zafe and Lisa Marie B. Jacinto of the Project Development Service.
