The PPP Center conducted a project site visit at the Subic Water Joint Venture Project in Olongapo City on November 29, 2018. This activity was part of the PPP Center’s mandate to provide a specialized assistance program for implementing agencies, including water districts, in the development and management of PPP projects implemented through Joint Venture Agreements (JVAs).
A meeting was also held between the PPP Center and representatives from Subic Water and Sewerage Company, Inc., Subic Bay Water Regulatory Board, and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
