PPP Center led by Executive Director Ferdinand A. Pecson, Deputy Executive Director Mia G. Sebastian, and Director Lerma L. Advincula signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Iloilo City Government headed by Mayor Jerry P. Treñas and Vice Mayor Jeffrey Ganzon on August 14, 2019, at the Iloilo City Hall outlining the technical assistance that will be provided by the PPP Center for the City’s PPP projects.
