The PPP Center in cooperation with DILG, discussed the highlights of LGU P4 program held on October 10-11, 2017 at Albay, Legaspi City. Local government officials were briefed on how to jump start stronger partnership between local government unit (LGUs) and the private sector in implementing PPP projects.
