The Regional Development Council (RDC) XI is the highest policy making body in the Davao Region. RDC XI is composed of members from the local governments of Davao City and the various cities and municipalities in the Provinces of Compostela Valley, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur, and Davao Occidental, regional line agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
