The Public-Private Partnership Center conducted an Orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes, and a Project Concept Note (PCN) Development Workshop for the Marinduque Provincial Government and the Municipal Governments of Boac, Mogpog, Gasan, Santa Cruz, Torrijos, and Buenavista, on March 5-6, 2020 at the Governors Hall, Capitol Building, Boac, Marinduque.
The objective of the activity was to help the Province and Municipalities to prepare a sound PCN for the identification and development of their potential PPP projects. Participants of the workshop include officials, employees, and departments staff of the Province, officials and technical officers from Municipalities, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, and a consultant for local economic enterprises.
Site visits for potential PPP projects were also conducted on March 4 and 6, 2020.
