The Philippines shared its PPP experiences in light of green and blue financing during the 4th Asia Finance Forum held by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), in coordination with the G20 Indonesia.
Mr. Eleazar Ricote, Deputy Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center, talked about how such financing modes have begun to impact the state of climate resilient PPP infrastructure in the Philippines. He served as panelist in the Forum’s first session entitled Green and Blue Finance: New Tools to Fight Climate Change held on June 20, 2022.
