Pasig City signed the Joint Venture Agreement for its Mega Dialysis Center last March 24. The state-of-the-art healthcare facility will provide an additional 79 hemodialysis machines to expand the City’s capacity to provide such services to its residents.

In this joint venture, private partner Premier 101 Healthcare Management Inc. will handle the layout design, fit-out, management, and operations of the dialysis center, while the City provided the building where the facility is being housed.

The project is Pasig City’s first PPP project to be implemented under the City’s P4 (Public-Private Partnership for the People) Code since its enactment in 2016.

The PPP Center provided technical assistance through an initial review intended to guide the City in evaluating the merits of the proposal and in moving forward with the negotiations with the proponent.

In line with its mandate, the PPP Center will continue to provide technical assistance to the Pasig City in the implementation of the Mega Dialysis Center
