The PPP Center conducted an online capacity building activity entitled “PPP Project Concept Note Development Workshop for Implementing Agencies” held on October 28 to November 6, 2020 via MS Teams. A total of 60 participants from 23 various agencies such as government-owned and controlled corporations, local government units, national government agencies, regional government agencies, and state universities and colleges attended the two-week course. The participating agencies were able to prepare 19 draft project concept notes of potential PPP projects.
