PPP Center key officials led by Executive Director Ferdinand A. Pecson welcome the delegates of the SME Development Agency (SMEDA) from the Republic of Azerbaijan. In line with their plan to set up their own PPP policy body, the PPP Center shares its experiences on building the PPP Center from the ground up, the formulation of various PPP policies, as well as lessons learned.
