To strengthen and enhance the Provincial Government of South Cotabato’s PPP initiatives and undertakings, an orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes was conducted on June 13, 2022 at the PPP Center Board Room.
Ms. Dionne Marga M. Larin, OIC-Director III of the Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service served as the resource person of the orientation. Meanwhile, Atty. Lerma L. Advincula, Director IV and Atty. John Dominic Z. Zafe, Director III of the Project Development Service, led the PPP project identification and discussion of next steps.
The delegation from Provincial Government of South Cotabato was headed by Mr. Emmanuel B. Jumilla, OIC-Provincial Planning and Development Officer.
This activity is part of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed by both parties last February 15, 2022 which outlines the technical assistance that will be provided by the PPP Center for the development of the province’s PPP projects.
