The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP) Center tapped its Philippine PPP Program e-Learning modules to deliver an online capacity building activity (OCBA) for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). The OCBA, which employed Cast Learning Management System and Zoom platforms, was held from February 14 to March 1, 2022.
A total of two hundred fifty-three (253) participants, composed of technical and administrative officers and staff from the DENR Central and Regional Offices, the DENR-Biodiversity and Management Bureau (BMB), and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP)–Philippines and the UNDP–Biodiversity Finance Initiative (BioFin) Project, took part in the activity.
The OCBA, which ran through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning methodologies, covered the following topics: Introduction to the Philippine PPP Program; PPP concepts, process, and legal frameworks; and Solicited and unsolicited PPP processes under the Amended BOT Law.
