The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center held a briefing-meeting on the Philippine PPP program with the Provincial Government (PG) of Camarines Norte on March 21, 2023, 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN, at the PPP Center Board Room.
The agenda of the meeting was to provide an overview of the Philippine PPP program, PPP concepts, legal frameworks and processes, and the PPP Center’s mandate and assistance to LGUs. The PG of Camarines Norte also took the opportunity to seek clarifications on the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF) assistance and consult with the Center regarding their list of potential PPP projects.
Ten (10) local officers, including division chiefs, and technical staff from the PG of Camarines Norte, led by the Provincial Administrator Mr. Don Eduardo S. Padilla, attended the activity. The resource persons who delivered the briefing and addressed questions from participants were Director Dionne Marga M. Larin and OIC-Division Chief Agape Sem B. Comendador from the Capacity Building and Knowledge Management Service.
