On April 15, 2021, the PPP Center held an online capacity building activity (OCBA) entitled “PPP 101: Orientation on PPP Concepts and Processes for the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)” via MS Teams.
This OCBA was in response to the request of DICT’s ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB) in relation to the Digital Cities and Provinces Program and the Digital Startup Development and Acceleration Program. A total of 51 officials and staff from the IIDB and DICT’s regional offices participated in this activity.
The PPP 101 covered topics on the Philippine PPP program, mandate of the PPP Center, PPP concepts and project stages. It was also an opportunity for the DICT participants to share about the agency’s potential PPP projects.
