The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted a PPP Project Concept Note (PCN) Development Workshop for Government-Owned and -Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) at the PPP Center Board Room in Quezon City on March 14-15, 2019. The workshop, which aimed to enable GOCCs in the preparation of sound and viable PPP projects, was attended by representatives from CCP, LRTA, MWSS, NHA, NRDC, PEZA, and TIEZA.
