The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted its first Online Capacity Building Activity (OCBA) for the year on March 2, 2021 via Microsoft Teams.
The OCBA on PPP Concepts and Processes was attended by a total of 113 officials and staff from national government agencies, regional line agencies, local government units, government-owned and controlled corporations, and state universities and colleges.
The online activity covered the Philippine PPP Framework, PPP concepts and legal frameworks, PPP Center services and process under the amended BOT Law and its revised IRR, and Joint Venture concepts and processes.
This introductory course under the PPP Center’s Capacity Building Framework aims to build awareness and understanding on the PPP Program and the PPP Center’s role and mandate, discuss PPP concepts and legal frameworks in the Philippine context, and determine the appropriate process for the implementing agencies in developing their own PPP projects.
