The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines was recognized by the Association of Government Accountants of the Philippines (AGAP) Inc. as one of the Outstanding Accounting Offices for Calendar Year (CY) 2022.
Together with Deputy Executive Director Eleazar E. Ricote, Administrative Service Director Catalina R. Caraan, and Commission of Audit (COA) Resident Auditors, PPP Center’s Finance Division received the award from COA Asst. Commissioner Winnie Rose H. Encallado and AGAP Officers during the opening day ceremonies of the AGAP Convention Seminar last October 18, 2023 at the SMX Convention Center, Bacolod City.
The award is given in recognition of the accuracy, timeliness, reliability and compliance to COA and Department of Budget and Management rules and regulations of the CY 2022 financial reports, as well as the financial performance of the PPP Center for the same year.
The PPP Center has now secured its sixth award, having previously been honored in 2015, 2017, and 2018. Additionally, it was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2019 and recognized as a Platinum Award Candidate in 2020.
