The PPP Center and the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) oriented members of the Negros Oriental Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Silliman University College of Law on the processes for joint venture projects and reclamation applications in an online capacity building activity held last August 9, 2021.
Atty. Frances Yani P. Domingo of the PPP Center’s Legal Service discussed joint venture concepts and processes under the PPP framework. On the other hand, Assistant General Manager Joseph Literal of the PRA’s Reclamation and Regulation Department talked about the process and requirements for reclamation applications under PRA Administrative Order No. 2019-04.
The briefing aimed to help the participants better understand the concepts and processes behind joint ventures and reclamation projects.
