The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center represented by Deputy Executive Director Eleazar E. Ricote and Director for Administrative Service Ms. Ma. Theresa L. Laranang and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) represented by GSIS Quezon City Branch Manager Ms. Josefina M. Gudani signed an agreement to enable PPP Center employees to avail of its latest GSIS Financial Assistance Loan (GFAL). The loan transfer, a consolidation program allows GSIS members to transfer their loan of up to Php500,000.00 from government banks and cooperatives duly accredited by agencies. The loan, which has a lower interest rate of six percent per annum and longer repayment period of six years, will be directly paid to the lending institutions. The GFAL program will help improve the financial capacity of employees by allowing them to refinance their outstanding loans with lending institutions. The GFAL is extended to government agencies willing to execute a MOA with the GSIS.
