PHOTO RELEASE: Deputy Executive Director Ferdinand Tolentino (seated left) and Mayor Edna Gacot-Lim (seated right) inked the Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) between the Public-Private Partnership Center and the Municipality of El Nido in Palawan in the development of a viable and bankable PPP option for the Municipality’s Water System and Waste Water Treatment System Project and the Solid Waste Management Project on 27 July 2012 at the Legislative Building, El Nido, Palawan. The TAA shall cover the PPP Center’s development of a feasibility study for the water supply and waste water facility and provision of technical assistance and advisory until the successful tender of the project.
