The Public-Private Partnership Center conducted an orientation on The PPP Process under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law and Its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) for the various Implementing Agencies such as Government Owned Control Corporations, Local Government Units, National Government Agencies, Regional Government Agencies, and State Universities and Colleges on September 9, 2020.
