The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted an orientation for the Municipality of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro last August 31, 2021. The Online Capacity Building Activity (OCBA), attended by Vice Mayor Richard Candelario and several councilors, covered PPP concepts and processes and the importance of legislating a local PPP Code. The OCBA also provided a venue to discuss a potential PPP project that could benefit the constituents of the municipality.
