The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center conducted an Orientation on PPP Concepts and Process for Northern Samar local government units (LGUs) on September 5, 2019, in the Municipality of Catarman, Northern Samar. Participants were from the following LGUs : Municipality of Catarman, Municipality of Pambujan, Municipality of Mondragon, Municipality of Rosario, and Municipality of San Jose. The University of Eastern Philippines was also present in the training. Most of the indicative PPP projects presented by the LGUs through their participants are water supply, septage and sewerage system, and town center.
