The Public-Private Partnership Center held an Online Capacity Building Activity (OCBA) on Managing Unsolicited PPP Proposals last October 7, 2020. More than 100 officials and staff from national government agencies, regional government agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges, and local government units participated the OCBA via Microsoft Teams.
The OCBA was focused on the Guidelines on Managing Unsolicited Proposals under Republic Act (RA) No. 6957 as amended by RA No. 7718 (PPP Governing Board Resolution No. 2017-08-03). There was also a discussion about the Philippine PPP Program, PPP concepts and legal frameworks, and best practices in awarded unsolicited PPP projects.
