The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Volunteer Month 2024 with the theme, “Igniting Volunteer-Led Innovation for Future Growth and Social Transformation: Bolunterismo Tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas”
The culture of volunteerism is a proud legacy of the Filipino people and a testament to the “bayanihan” spirit. Volunteers play a critical role in development, contributing their time, effort, and resources to those in need, ultimately improving the quality of life for individuals and communities.
In recognition of the tireless efforts and dedicated service of volunteers, the Philippine government declared the month of December as National Volunteer Month (NVM) through Presidential Proclamation No. 55, series of 1998.
