The Municipality of Tolosa, Leyte led by Mayor Maria Ofelia Alcantara signs a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PPP Center headed by Executive Director Ferdinand Pecson on February 20, 2020 in Quezon City. The MOA serves as framework for collaboration between the PPP Center and the LGU in terms of project assistance, capacity building and drafting or review of PPP/JV ordinance, policies and guidelines. It also outlines the duties and responsibilities of both parties during the course of PPP project development and implementation.
