The Department of Health’s (DOH) Pre-qualification Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) for the Modernization of the Philippine Orthopedic Center (MPOC) Project, headed by Undersecretary Teodoro Herbosa, opened the technical bid of the lone qualifying bidder Megawide World Citi Consortium and declared it complete last 18 June 2013.
DOH’s Technical Working Group for the project will evaluate Megawide World Citi Consortium’s technical proposal. If the technical proposal passes the evaluation criteria, the PBAC will proceed with the opening of their financial bid next week.
