Concordia presented the Philippine PPP Program during the DILG LGU P4 Regional Consultation cum Business Matching held on August 15, 2017 at Hotel del Rio, Molo, Iloilo City. The participants are planning officers, local economic investment promotions officers, and officials from the following LGUs: Region VI-Western Visayas: Iloilo Province; Iloilo City; Passi City; Oton, Iloilo; San Jose de Buenavista, Antique; and Jordan, Guimaras.
