The local government of Baggao in Cagayan held the bid submission and opening of bid for the Baggao Water Supply Project on March 27, 2019. The lone pre-qualified bidder Tubig-Pilipinas Consortium submitted its bid proposal.
During the Initial Evaluation, the Pre-Qualification Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) led by Jenison C. Herrera finds the submission complete. Tubig Pilipinas Consortium is composed of Tubig Pilipinas Group, Inc., (lead member), Hanabana Construction and Equipment Corp., and TGV Builders, Inc..
The project will supply piped potable water to 24 barangays in Baggao, Cagayan. The Php 84 million water project is structured as a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) with a 25-year concession period.
