The Public-Private Partnership Center welcomes the Royal Government of Bhutan for a study and site visit to learn more about the Philippine PPP Program on August 28, 2018. The PPP Center generously shared with the delegation its lessons learned in implementing the Philippine PPP program. These include various factors central to the success of the Philippine PPP program such as policy and process improvements; a comprehensive capacity building program for implementing agencies and LGUs; due diligence at all stages of project structuring, review, approval, procurement and implementation; development partners’ support, and public communications. The delegation also consulted the expertise of the PPP Center in a couple of its on-going project proposals.
