The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), has set the date for the submission of bids for the Clark International Airport New Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) – EPC on December 5, 2017. Bid documents should be submitted to BCDA at the BCDA Corporate Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
The construction of the Php 12.55 billion New Passenger Terminal Building will be undertaken as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project under a Build Transfer scheme. Under the BT scheme, the private partner will finance, design and construct the new airport passenger terminal. This will then be transferred to the government upon its completion.
The project aims to construct a new 82,600 sqm Passenger Terminal Building to accommodate 8 million passengers per annum (MPPA). The project also involves the construction and installation of required associated facilities to support the operations of the new terminal.
As part of the continuing efforts of the current administration to fast track and enhance its infrastructure agenda, the PPP Center will provide its full support in delivering quality technical assistance for PPP projects.
