The Philippines was among the countries whose infrastructure program was highlighted during a series of roundtable discussion (RTD) at the Infrastructure Investors Forum: Asia held simultaneously at The Westin Singapore and online last September 7, 2021.

PPP Center Deputy Executive Director Mia Mary G. Sebastian was the main speaker during the RTD on Philippine infrastructure initiatives. She presented the state of the Philippine PPP program as well as the investment opportunities that await potential investors who wish to undertake PPPs in the country.

The RTD was designed to promote networking and discussion with industry experts sharing experiences in sourcing and executing deals in their geographies, as well as the top sectors on the horizon for each country. Other Asian countries featured in the forum were India and Indonesia.

The one-day event hosted by AVCJ and Inframation brought together infrastructure players for an in-depth discussion on the Asian infrastructure landscape. It also provided delegates with insights into fundraising opportunities across the region and upcoming investment trends in the growing infrastructure market.
