PPP Center Assistant Secretary and Deputy Executive Director Mia Mary G. Sebastian presented on the ongoing drafting of the “Solid Waste Management PPP Guide for Local Government Units” during the 4th Environmental Dialogue and Workshop on Waste Management Between the Philippines and Japan at Marco Polo Ortigas, Pasig City, on February 6, 2019. The guide is intended for LGUs that are interested in undertaking SWM projects under a public-private partnership agreement, including joint ventures, whether solicited or unsolicited.
