The Project aims to ensure the protection, preservation, and revival of marine waters in Panalaron and Cancabato Bays from being the receiver of untreated wastewater generated from domestic and commercial sources; and to ensure that sanitation services will be available to residents of Tacloban North resettlement area for better public health and well-being.
