Project Description
The Project includes, but shall not be limited to the finance, design, construction, drilling, and installation of production well and filtration facilities, treated water reservoir, conveyance system, metered interconnections facilities to SPCWD, security perimeter fencing, and the operation and maintenance of the constructed facilities for 25 years. Specifically, the joint venture will involve the following:
- Source development which includes drilling of Production Wells or development of surface water, construction of bunkhouse and control rooms, and construction and installation of filtration and chlorination facilities, among others;
- Construction of ground reservoir;
- Installation of transmission and distribution lines; and,
- Installation of flow measuring meter (“Flow Meter”) at the Delivery Point to measure the Treated Bulk Water supplied to SPCWD
