Project Description
The CRS-ITP2 will involve the computerization of the civil registry operations of the PSA and is designed to collect, access, store, maintain and manage civil registry documents and the specimen signatures of all city and municipal registrars using imaging technology. The CRS-ITP2 will also include production of vital statistics and make the civil registry services available nationwide through the CRS outlets and other authorized partners. The CRS-ITP2 will also include the construction of a building that will house the servers of the information technology system.

CRS-ITP2- 66 CRS outlets (existing and additional) are operating under CRS-ITP2 beta version (release 1.0++) system as of December 11, 2023.
- 87 out 87 PSA Field Offices (FOs) are running under the CRS-ITP2 Vital Events Information (VEI) system as of December 6, 2023.
- The CRS-ITP2 User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Batch 1 Release 1.1 system functionalities commenced on August 29, 2023.
