Under the PPP Code and its IRR, the conduct of negotiations between the Implementing Agency and Private Proponents are required for: (i) National and Local Unsolicited Proposals, and (ii) Solicited Local PPP Projects in case of a single complying and responsive bid.
Following the draft Guidelines formulated by the PPP Center which may be viewed here bit.ly/Draftguidelines-PPP, a stakeholder consultation will be held on November 21, 2024 (Thursday), 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, via Zoom.
Target participants to the consultation are: National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, State Universities and Colleges, Local Universities and Colleges, and members of the Private Sector.
