The PPP Center solidified its partnership with Ateneo de Zamboanga University (ADZU) for the LCBI program. In this partnership, ADZU, through its Center for Leadership and Governance (ACLG) shall deliver capacity building programs towards engaging local government units (LGUs) around Zamboanga and across Mindanao in undertaking PPP initiatives as viable alternative for infrastructure development in their localities.
Fr. Karel San Juan, S.J., the institution’s president, represented the university in this agreement. ADZU is a private, non-stock, non-profit, tertiary education institution, who, through its ACLG, promotes value-based capacity building among local government leaders, civil servants, private citizens and minority groups.
