The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (“PPP Center”) hereby awards to SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (Philippines) (the “Consultant”) the contract for the Project Preparation Services and Manila Bay – Pasig River – Laguna Lake Ferry Project in the amount of One Million Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Six 43/100 US Dollars (USD 1,430,866.43), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
