The careful and rigorous selection process undertaken by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), in partnership with the Department of Transportation (DOTr), that led to the awarding of the contract to the consortium led by Changi Airport Group, operator of the number one airport in the world, also composed of the Filinvest Development Corporation, JG Summit Holdings, Inc., and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc., assures the chamber that the best airport service and VIP passenger experience awaits local and foreign travelers in Clark.
This North Luzon Airport Consortium brings together Changi’s expertise and experience, and Filinvest and JG Summit’s strengths in the local development market.
