Five more government agencies on Monday signed a partnership deal with online recruitment platform Kalibrr, to widen the recruitment and marketing reach of the sector.

Signing a memorandum of agreement with Kalibrr on December 21 were the Department of Education, Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance, Department of Transportation and Communications, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines.

“As the DOTC ramps up and rolls out its pipeline of infrastructure projects for Philippine development, recruiting the best talent of integrity and competence becomes an even more pressing challenge for our development, said Transportation and Communications Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya.

The five government agencies are the second batch to go for a partnership with Kalibrr. The first batch, formalized in August, included the Department of Finance, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Department of Budget and Management, Department of Tourism, and Civil Service Commission.

“”Since then, the partnership for the 10 partner agencies has generated 38,220 applications for 3,807 vacancies, making government job vacancies more than 10 times oversubscribed,”” the second batch of agencies said in a joint statement.

Kalibrr said it is keeping its doors open for partnerships with more agencies.
