Experience and Competencies
- Managing website content and social media platforms
- Research and development of case studies, Guidebooks, annual reports, and other knowledge products
- Creating information, education, and communication materials (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Events management and delivery
- Familiarity with local and international development agencies
Duties and Responsibilities
The Information Officer V shall perform the following duties:
A. Supervisory: Role, Duties and Responsibilities per Section 3 of P.D. 988
- Plan, program, and distribute work of the division.
- Motivate, train and develop employees;
- Review and evaluate the performance of employees
- Maintain the morale and discipline among the employees
- Develop and promotes cooperative and well-coordinated workforce; and
- Coordinate and cooperate with other organizational units within the agency
B. Technical
- Provide directions in the development of KM Roadmap, communications strategy and plan;
- Provide and implement strategies in the development and maintenance of a knowledge management portal;
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external clients;
- Develop and post content for updating of the agency’s website and social media accounts;
- Conduct and assess news monitoring reports and produce recommendation/s in addressing PPP-related issues;
- Facilitate the procurement requirements of KMD activities and outputs; and
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time by higher authorities.
