The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPP Center), through the FY 2019 National Expenditure Program (NEP) submitted to Congress for approval intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Creative
Consultancy Services for the Production of the Coffee Table Book for the PPP Center’s 10th Year Anniversary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
