The Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP Center) through the General Appropriations Act of 2022 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Vehicles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
